During your workout, the display provides a clear overview of all the relevant training data, and the traffic light function offers colour-coded feedback on your heart rate and RPM, helping you to control your intensity. You can track your heart rate using either the integrated hand pulse sensors or a Bluetooth-compatible chest strap.

You can also connect a tablet or smartphone via Bluetooth and easily place it in the holder. The Kinomap and Zwift apps open the door to a whole new world of virtual training. Exciting routes and varied workouts featuring real landscapes await you. You can either compete with other fitness enthusiasts worldwide or take part in interactive challenges on your own.
