Realistic cycling experience

Cycle through the Swiss Alps or along the Côte d'Azur: the BX70i is compatible with Kinomap and iConsole+. These training apps provide access to a wide range of cycling route videos from around the world on your tablet or smartphone. Another great feature: the apps automatically adjust the intensity of your workout to match the route.

This maintenance-free method of generating resistance is highly precise, allowing for quicker adjustments and more accurate calculations of the actual power output in watts. The brake acts on a 10 kg flywheel. Thanks to its premium build quality, the cardiostrong exercise bike BX70i offers a very smooth cycling experience. This makes endurance training at home more enjoyable and joint-friendly by avoiding peak loads. Your power is transferred to the flywheel via a plastic composite drive belt. This type of drive is both wear-free and whisper-quiet. This means you can watch television or chat while working out at home.

During practical testing, the BX70i Upright Exercise Bike stood out thanks to its user-friendly design. The bike's console features a jog wheel, or dial, as its central control element. Use it to enter and confirm all workout settings quickly. The display provides an overview of the 12 built-in workout programmes.

In addition to classic programmes such as interval training and speed play at varying intensities, the intensity can also be controlled via other modes. One example is the heart-rate-controlled programme, where you can select one of three pre-set heart rate zones or enter a target heart rate. In manual mode, you can select the intensity level completely freely. In watt-controlled mode, however, the wattage remains constant. This means that if you pedal faster, the resistance level will decrease at the same time. In practical tests, the cardiostrong exercise bike BX70i adjusted rapidly to changing pedalling speeds. You can set the target wattage between 10 and 350 watts.

The BX70i comes with an easily accessible water bottle holder attached to its one-piece frame, helping you to stay hydrated during long training sessions. Le vélo est robuste et de qualité. La fabrication est soignée. Le mode de fonctionnement à Watts constants me permet une très bonne transition après ma sortie du Centre de Réadaptation Cardiaque. Je regrette toutefois que le fractionné simple (2 consignes , 2 durées) ne soit pas possible en automatique. A noter également un bruit fréquent et un peu pénible à la longue, dû au mécanisme d’ajustement précis de la résistance en mode Watts. Trop peu de fonctionnalités gratuites dans Kinomap pour que je l’utilise. ... [Read more]

in diesem Preisbereich das beste Ergometer das man kriegen kann, mit dem Induktionsmotor ein klasse Gerät für den Preis. Nicht nur leise, sondern auch angenehm zu treten. Auch der Aufbau war super einfach und leicht verständlich, insgesamt und alleine war ich in einer halben Stunde damit fertig. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Das BX70i ist dank der Induktionsbremse sehr leise, auch das Verstellen des Widerstandes ist angenehm und geräuchlos. Benutze das Ergometer täglich und dank der hochwertigen Verarbeitung, ist das kein Problem!

Mangels Erfahrungen mit anderen Geräten ausserhalb von Fitnessstudios und Therapie fehlen Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Es tut seinen Dienst. Es fühlt sich stabil an. Läuft relativ rund. Einzig der Sitz ist unbequem. Da braucht es noch eine Lösung.
