Smith machine and half rack
A half rack and Smith machine form the foundation of this versatile training system. The smooth-gliding Smith machine lets you train like a pro. The guided Smith bar bears grip markings that conform to IWF and IPF standards with an excellent diamond knurling pattern. The rack comes with J-hooks and secure spotter arms that slide into and engage with the holes in the 75-x-75-mm steel frame for barbell training.
Customisable weight stacks
The CS20 is equipped with two 90-kg weight stacks. In case you need more resistance, you can pack on more plates by ordering two Force USA weight stack upgrades for a total of 112.5 kg on either side or order four upgrades to max out your stacks with 135 kg per side. Smaller intermediate weight increases are also possible: Each stack includes a mini change plate that slides down and is added to the stack for finer adjustments and smoother progress.
Six cable attachment points
Each side has an adjustable-height freestyle pulley arm with a 2:1 pulley ratio that is perfect for cable crossovers. The two lower cables have a 1:1 pulley ratio and can be connected to the Force USA Sliding Bench (sold separately) for leg presses, hack squats and more. Two cables at the top offer a ratio of 2:1 individually and can be connected together for a heavier lat pulldown, for example.
Everything close at hand
The C20 All-In-One Trainer helps you store your accessories tidily directly on the rack for easy access. The practical shelf and pegboard on the rear wall are great for holding smaller accessories. The posts of the frame also offer plenty of extra spaces to hold attachments. A total of 8 weight horns provide storage for your weight plates. A barbell hanger rounds out the considerable storage options.
Bodyweight training
The multi-grip pull-up bar can be used for neutral, overhand and underhand grip with adjustable widths. The spotter arms also serve as a height-adjustable base that hold the dip bars. The knurling on the bars provides a secure grip. The frame also includes an eyelet in the centre for connecting resistance bands, a suspension trainer or other accessories, opening up a world of exercise possibilities.
Premium design
Strength you can see. Details you can feel. From the elegant matt surfaces to the comprehensive equipment, this machine makes an immediate and lasting impression. The C20 pairs massive, precision-cut steel with unique details and design elements. The C20 sets a new standard both in terms of functionality and optics.

Description: Force USA multi-gym C20 All-In-One Trainer
Smith machine, half rack, functional trainer, pull-up bar, landmine and cable machine: the Force USA multi-gym C20 All-In-One Trainer has everything you need for modern strength training all in single machine that combines precision, performance and design. Developed for ambition home gym enthusiasts, personal trainer studios and semi-professional facilities, it is much more than a power rack; it is a complete training system for the entire body.
A training system that sets a new standard
The robust 75 x 75-mm frame made with 2.1-mm thick steel gives the C20 its extraordinary stability even under the most intense loads. Each component was designed for maximum durability – from the ball-bearing aluminium pulleys of the cable machine to the magnetic safety pins to the laser-cut height markings. The combination of functionality and ingenious design lends itself to a seamless training experience – day after day.
Even more options with the sliding bench
If you're looking for more glute activation and leg workouts, the Force USA Sliding Bench is the perfect accessory to go with your C20. The innovative, patented sliding bench directly connects to the lower cables of the C20 and does the jobs of multiple machines: leg press, leg curl and extension, hack squat and more – all in one compact system. The 1:1 pulley ratio of the bottom cables means you can get the maximum resistance out of your weight stacks and do not require extra weight plates, but a plate sleeve on the leg curl/extension add-on gives you the option for even finer customisability.
Design that motivates
The matt black powder coating, clean lines and superb craftsmanship of the aluminium details emphasise the premium quality of the C20. You can see the junction of power and aesthetics in every weld, the crispness of the knurling and feel the immense care that Force USA put into its creation. The result is a machine that is not only functionally efficient – it's inspirational.
The Force USA C20 All-In-One Trainer is more than a power rack. It's your personal studio, your training partner and motivation to push harder – for those who aspire to move more than just weight.
