Very good and stable abs and back trainer. Very practical that this fitness equipment is a 2-in-1 so you can train both abs and back muscles on the same fitness equipment. Most of such equipment is rather abs or back muscles trainer. In addition this trainer is foldable, so if one have little space or are on the move, it can easily be transported. It is also one of the cheapest abs and back trainer I have seen on the market. I love this abs and back trainer. It is practical and versatile. I recommend this one. Sehr praktisch, dass dieses Fitnessgerät ein 2-in-1 ist, sodass man sowohl Bauch- als auch Rückenmuskulatur auf demselben Fitnessgerät trainieren kann. Das Gerät ist kompakt und lässt sich leicht verstellen, um es an meine Bedürfnisse anzupassen. Es ist sehr effektiv für das Training der Bauch- und Rückenmuskulatur und hilft mir dabei, meine Haltung und mein Körpergefühl zu verbessern. Beim Rückentraining kann man jedoch die Füße nicht optimal positionieren, da der Standfuß des Geräts im Weg ist. Der Aufbau war schnell und einfach und die Anleitung war sehr hilfreich. Der Aufbau des Bauch- und Rückentrainers geht schnell und ist an sich selbsterklärend. Die Anleitung ist jedoch trotzdem eine gute Hilfe und detailliert bebildert. Ich habe mir das Gerät vorwiegend für das Bauchmuskeltraining gekauft und muss sagen, dass es einen sehr stabilen Eindruck macht. Situps mit Zusatzgewichten oder Russian Twists sind kein Problem. Das Sitzpolster hat dabei eine angenehme Stärke und die Knie und Fußpolster sind sehr bequem. Insbesondere gefällt mir die Kürze des Kissen, das der Oberkörper so optimal nach hinten gelehnt werden kann ohne aufzuliegen und man den Körper gut unter Spannung halten kann. Durch die Möglichkeit, das Gerät zusammenzuklappen, lässt es sich zudem platzsparend versauen. Insgesamt eine gute Investition.... [Read more]
