The dumbbells are sold individually and are available in weights from 1 to 50 kg so you can find the right level of resistance for any workout.

Six-sided to prevent the weights from rolling away

The six-sided design ensures the dumbbells stay put when you set them down. Flat sides help keep your fitness area safe, and they also make these dumbbells ideally stable for performing renegade rows, press-ups and burpees.

Comfortable grip for each rep

The chrome-plated steel handles feature fine knurling for a textured, non-slip surface. The handles are also shaped so they are wider in the centre and narrower near the ends so they sit more comfortably in your hand.

What is TPE?

The ends of the dumbbells are coated in a layer of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). This ø modern material combines the flexibility of rubber with the advantages of synthetic materials.
