Kettler Coach 600 – natural rowing experience with water resistance

The Kettler rowing machine Coach 600 combines the natural feeling of rowing through water with a sturdy, well-designed steel frame. The tilted water tank allows for a shorter overall length and higher resistance levels with strong rowing strokes. Like when rowing on water, the same principle applies: The harder you row, the higher the resistance. Users can alter the base resistance by changing the fill level of the water tank from between 4.2 to 15.3 litres. Six markings on the tank serve as a scale to help find the preferred resistance level.

If you just want to hop on and start rowing, then quickstart gets out of your way while keeping track of your training data. For a more targetted approach, there are programmes for selecting a target value for time, distance or calories to count down from as well as custom interval times and a game mode. The 5.5″ LCD screen displays your most relevant training data. The tiltable console and adjustable support arm let users find a good viewing angle to monitor their progress.

You can safely place a mobile smart device in the removable table holder. If you pair your devices in Kinomap, you can row along virtual routes and select from a wide array of workout videos for more exercise variety. When you’re done, you can roll the rower to a storage location, remove the tablet tray and store the Coach 600 in an upright position to save space.
