The Inspire FID7 Pro Adjustable Bench offers unparalleled versatility, taking your workout to the next level. Its exceptional adjustability is thanks to its modular design. It is equipped with three pads that allow for a variety of seat positions. The unique split-back pad provides optimum support and comfort. The back pad can be adjusted as a whole or only in the mid section. Folding up the mid back pad achieves a sitting position that supports the back while allowing the upper body to move freely — ideal for exercises such as shoulder presses. The entire back pad can be easily adjusted with one hand, without you having to get up. The bench simply slides along the steel tube to adjust the seat position. Therefore, transitions between different exercises and seat positions are quick and easy.

Thanks to its exceptional adjustability and optional add-ons such as the Inspire Preacher Curl Attachment and the Leg Extension / Leg Curl Attachment the Inspire FID7 Pro Adjustable Bench is ideal for use with a multi-gym.

The commercial-grade, injection-moulded pads provide comfort and stability, and the high-quality steel frame ensures safety and durability, even during intense workouts. Its transport wheels allow you to easily and comfortably move the bench during and after training.
