The compact Pilates reformer uses four resistance springs of two different resistance strengths. This makes the reformer suitable for light mobility work as well as for more challenging strength training. The Pilates reformer has 2x 10-kg resistance springs (yellow) and 2x 7-kg resistance springs (green) which can be hooked in or unhooked individually. The resistance can be adjusted according to the user’s fitness level or the particular exercise, giving you plenty of flexibility to go at your own pace.
